Returns & Exchanges
It’s important to us that you’re totally pleased with your purchases made at FutureXclusives.com. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are glad to offer a refund or exchange on your item. All returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address below. Also the clothing and hat return policy is below. We recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking as we would not be responsible for lost shipments.

Clothing Return Policy
All products come with a 14 days or receiving the item money back guarantee within the United States, as long as the product is returned to us unused has not been washed and with all price tags still intact in a sellable condition. For outside on the United States you have to e-mail customerservice@futurexclusives.com or call 585-235-7470 within 10 days to make returned arrangements. All products returned to Future Xclusives must be done so at the customer cost, unless a picking error has been made by us. We will refund the amount of the merchandise but not the shipping charges, unless the shipment was an error of Futurexclusives.com. If this happens Future Xclusives will replace your goods at our cost. If a product has had its tags removed or has been marked by the customer it will be refused as a credit and returned to the customer in the state it was received in.

Hat Return Policy
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product in the United States. For outside on the United States you have to e-mail customersevice@futurexclusives.com within 10 days to make returned arrangements. All hats must be in a box (at least 4 inches deep…we recommend reusing the box that the hat was originally shipped in). Any hats shipped in bags, enveloped, or boxes not deep enough to maintain the shape of the hat will be refused because the hat that become crushed or lose their shape in transit to us and cannot be resold in this condition.

Items must be in their original condition and not worn. Hats that are broken in or have stains on the inside of the sweatband will not be accepted for returns. They will be returned to the customer at the customer expense. We cannot and will not resell used merchandise.

We will refund the amount of the merchandise but not the shipping charges, unless the shipment was an error of Futurexclusives.com.

Exchanges for Clothing and Hats

Option 1
If the size, style or color you have chosen is found to be incorrect once the product is returned to Future Xclusives (at Customer Cost) the correct size, style or color will be supplied and returned at the customer cost.

Option 2
Or you can repurchase the item with the correct size or color and when we receive the original product it would be credited to your credit card less the shipping charges. Placing a new order online at your earliest convenience for any replacement item(s). This is the fastest and easiest way to handle exchanges and to make sure we have your size, style, or color in stock. However is the correct size, style or color is no longer in available the customer will be refunded.

Processing time
After your package has been redelivered to us, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing time even when exchanging an item. We would notify you is the item is no longer available and you will be credited. Out of the United States the shipping process is a little longer because of it has to go through customs. We will email you a notification when your order has been received and process.
